William "Bill" Edward Snow, born on September 27, 1959, in Lee's Summit, Missouri, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025, in Independence, Missouri. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, known for his unique sense of humor and unwavering faith.

A proud graduate of Lee's Summit High School, Bill went on to earn his associate's degree from National American University, establishing a robust career as a computer technician until his retirement four short months ago alongside his beloved wife, Wendy. Together, they embraced their newfound freedom by traveling and creating irreplaceable memories. Bill was truly dedicated to his family and was their greatest cheerleader. His support knew no bounds, and he was always present to uplift his family in their endeavors. When their kids were young, Bill and Wendy made it a tradition to host Family Fun Nights filled with laughter and camaraderie, gathering to enjoy games such as poker, Monopoly, or Uno.

A man of simple pleasures, Bill found immense joy in the little things in life. He was a self-taught guitarist with a remarkable singing voice, often sharing his passion for music as a part of the church choir for 30 years at Nativity of Mary, and most recently at St. Mark. In his free time, he enjoyed watching "Star Trek" among many other shows and movies, alongside cheering for the Chiefs on game days. His enthusiasm extended into his hobbies, including playing video games and cultivating a beautiful aquarium at home, which he took great pride in. As a grandfather, Bill's immense love and adoration for his grandchildren brought him endless joy.

Bill’s warmth and conversational nature allowed him to connect with everyone he met, as he had an extraordinary gift for engaging people, often coming up with creative topics for discussion when there was a lull. But above all, his heart belonged to his wife, Wendy. The two shared a bond that shone brightly in all aspects of their lives. Bill often said, "I just want to be with Wendy". He helped Wendy in her ministry of feeding the homeless by cleaning up after she was done cooking, helping load the car, and so many small things.

Bill's passing is preceded by his mother, Vivian Moylan Snow; his brother, John Snow; and his father-in-law, Raymond H. Theiling. His legacy of love and laughter lives on through his wife and best friend of 32 remarkable years, Wendy Snow; their children, Anna Snow (Kieran Ojakangas), Kaleigh Snow, and Jacob Snow (Kai Thomas); his grandchildren, Rainn Hutcherson, Mari-Alis Breedlove, and Oscar Snow; his sister, Trisha Snow; his mother-in-law, Frances Theiling; his brother-in-law, Ray Theiling; his sister-in-law, Carrie Theiling, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A visitation will be held at St. Mark Catholic Church on Thursday, November 6, from 5-7 pm. A memorial mass will take place the following day, Thursday, November 7, at St. Mark Catholic Church at 12 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family will be accepting blankets and tents for the unhoused in Bill's honor, which can be brought to St. Mark.
