William "Sonny" Lawrence Brice, Jr., 77, of Friendship, died Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at Okeena Health and Rehabilitation. Born September 3, 1947, he was the son of the late William Lawrence, Sr. and Celia Edna Holland Brice. He retired from ABB in Alamo. Mr. Brice proudly served his country in the United States Army. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 5, 2025, in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home, officiated by Dr. Ricky Ray with interment to follow in Friendship Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 4th from 5:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. He is survived by his children, Michelle Kolwyck (Tony) of Dyersburg, Monica Climer (Jerry) of Friendship, Michael Brice (Rebeccia) of Drummonds, Matthew Brice (Latisha) of Clarkton, MO, Tommy Ray (Tammy) of Dyersburg, Ricky Ray (Shanova) of Sherwood, AR, Stacy Ray (Janie) and Tony Ray (Pam), both of Parsons; one sister, Brenda Wyrick of Dyersburg; thirty grandchildren; thirty eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Michael Brice, Matthew Brice, Ricky Ray, Stacy Ray, Tommy Ray, Tony Ray, Jerry Climer and Tony Kolwyck will serve as pallbearers. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Brice and his sister, Belinda Brice. We are privileged and honored to serve the family of Sonny Brice.
