William “Bill” Briede, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2025, at the age of 82.
Bill was the devoted husband of Charlene Briede (née Rabe) for 61 loving years. He was the proud father of Kimberly Briede, Tony (Virginia) Briede, and Sean Briede, and a caring grandfather to Logan, Jake, and the late Gregory Briede. He is also survived by his sister, Kathi (Bill) Delis, and cousin, Carol (Mike) Morgan.
A man of many talents, Bill was a dedicated worker, an enthusiastic coach, loved to sing, and someone who was always eager to help others. His warmth, quiet strength, and deep devotion to his family and friends left a lasting impact. His kindness and generosity will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at St. John’s Church, 9080 Cincinnati Dayton Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069, beginning at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, causes close to Bill’s heart.
