A Tribute to my Amazing Uncle
My uncle Broad leaves a legacy not in what he achieved,
but in the lives he touched and the love he shared freely.
His laughter was infectious,
his stories were legendary,
and his love unconditional.
That´s the uncle we´ll remember forever.
Thank you for being the one who made childhood magical
and adulthood meaningful.
We are grateful for every joke, every hug,
every piece of advice, and every moment of your time.
You were a gift to our family.
Some people search their whole lives
for what we were blessed to have in you
an uncle who truly cared.
In my uncle, I found a second father and a forever hero.
That´s the magic of having an amazing uncle.
You may be gone from our sight,
but you will always leave footprints on our hearts.
Love you always, Michelle aka Shelly

Our beloved Brother-in-law, Broad, had a heart of gold. His love of God; his love of his lovely wife Jessie; his children, Michael and Keshia; His grand children, Sidney and Roman he loved dearly. Family was so important to Broad and he was always trying to look out for us all no matter the circumstances. To know Broad was an honor and to no longer have him in our lives makes us sad; but knowing the way he lived his life on earth assures us that he is now resting in the arms of God. Peace be still. Sending my deepest condolences to the entire Broadaway family. Mr. Broadaway was such a kind and gracious man - his warmth, wisdom and gentle spirit touched everyone around him. I´ll always remember the love and pride he had for his family and how he opened his heart to me and my family from that first meeting as a 7 year old little girl. His perseverance, kindness, dedication, steady presence and dad humor were truly special and its something I will never forget. Wishing peace and comfort to my girl, Mrs. Broadaway, to my big bro Mike, my sis Keisha, my buddy Roman and the entire Broadaway family. It was truly an honor and privilege to have known your husband/dad and I thank you for sharing him with me. May his legacy continue to live on through the many lives he inspired.
