William H. "Billy" Burgis, II, age 48, of 1428 Gleaton Road, Warwick, died Friday, January 16, 2026, at his residence.
Billy was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was a United States Army veteran and was self-employed. He was an extremely intelligent person, very eloquent and always aspired to better himself and his family. He also had a great sense of humor and wit. Billy was a loving son and a very good soul but above all, he was a Christian who loved his family. He also enjoyed playing the guitar.

Dr. Valerie Davis (Kevin) of New Smyrna Beach, FL
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
A private service for family only will be held in the chapel of Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home.
Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Vienna has charge of arrangements.
