Mr. Burns served in the United States Navy. He loved to race and build cars. He loved to duck hunt.
Mr. Burns was preceded in death by his parents, William Burns, Sr. and Mattie Burnes; son, Jason Eanes Burns and daughter, Jennifer Eanes Burns.
Those left to cherish his memory is his wife, Charlene Burns; son, Rob Gipson.
