William Case Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Orender Family Home on Mar. 10, 2026.
William R. Case Jr., lovingly known as Rick Case, 78, of Wall Township, passed away on March 7, 2026. Born on October 10, 1947, to Virginia and William Case, who predeceased him, Rick lived a life defined by hard work, loyalty to family, and lasting friendships.

Rick was a devoted father to John Case, Lindsey Case and husband Kellie Case, and Holly Case. He was predeceased by two beloved sons, Daniel William Case and Gary Case. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren, Olivia Case-Tolomei and Anthony Case-Tolomei.

If you were looking for Rick you needed to look no further than his shop Classic Auto Body was his second home and the place where countless memories and lifelong friendships were made Those friendships often carried over to the evening excitement back at Wall Stadium

Rick was a proud family man and entrepreneur who worked humbly behind the scenes alongside his son, supporting the growth of Squan Taxi while offering steady guidance and sharing generational wisdom about the values of running a family business.

In quieter moments, Rick enjoyed relaxing by the pool with a beer in hand or tinkering with a tool, always fixing something that needed attention. He lived by a simple motto: "If you weren't moving, you weren't living."

Rick bowled in several leagues at Sea Girt Lanes and loved backyard barbecues with family and friends. He took picking up a spare very seriously-and never missed a chance to try to beat his daughter at bowling poker.

Rick will always be remembered by his persistence, kindness, calmness, and the love he had for his family and friends He will be remembered and honored by the stories he told, the things he taught us, and the many lives he touched while here on earth

There will be a private family burial service, with a Celebration of Life to be held later this summer.
