William H. "Bill" Casner

William H. "Bill" Casner, 79, of Mifflintown, passed away on Monday, October 27th, 2025 at 7:22 a.m. at Geisinger Lewistown Hospital. Born on October 20th, 1946, in Juniata County, he is the son of the late Frederick C. and Marjorie M. (Renninger) Casner. He is survived by his brother, Stanley Bradford Casner and wife, Nancy, goddaughter, Shea Madera, beloved pups, Leo and Lillie and best friends, John Hall and Ed Madera. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughters, Rhonda Casner and Selena Borhman; siblings, Henry C. Casner, Merrill S. Casner, Robert P. Casner, Esther Casner Dunn, F. Barry Casner, Roxanna Casner Goshorn, H. Sonja Casner Hockenberry, Marjorie Casner Kistler. Mr. Casner attended Juniata Joint High School in Mifflintown. He was owner and operator of KC Fuel Company. His memberships included the American Legion Post No. 298 and Crawford-Brubaker VFW Post No 5863. Bill enjoyed Nascar and hunting, when he was younger. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st at the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 100 Bridge Street, Mifflintown, PA 17059 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Mindy Petrovcic officiating. Interment will follow at Westminster Presbyterian Cemetery, Mifflintown. A viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.
