William Caulfield Obituary

Caulfield, Sr., William E. "Bill"

Caulfield, Sr., William E. "Bill", 74, was born on July 12, 1951 and passed away on Monday, July 28, 2025 surrounded by his family. He was the son of the late William and Geneva Caulfield of Springfield, Ohio. He retired from Navistar after 30 years of service and later worked at Jackson Hewett for 20 years. He was a member of many organizations, enjoyed playing golf and was a diehard Bengals fan. Survivors include his children, Angie Smith, Ginny Adams and William E. Caulfield, Jr.; grandchildren, Jacob Smith, Matthew and Allyson Adams and Sean and Andrea Caulfield; great grandchildren, Ayla McFarland, Jocy Smith, R.J. and Lily Adams; siblings, Sandy (Jerry) Penwell and Cindy (Richard) Bracken and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Caulfield and siblings, Donna Green, Joyce Edmunds, Barbara Wilkins and John Caulfield. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. on Friday, August 22, 2025 at CONROY FUNERAL HOME. An Elks service will be held at 11:45 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Orbie Estep officiating. Inurnment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
