William "Billy" Chester

William "Billy" Anthony Chester born May 26, 1988, passed away September 23, 2025.
He is survived by his mom, Gail Mills and dad, Tony Palmer; brothers Donny Walters, Bobby Chester, Eric Palmer and PJ Palmer; sisters Mandy Brangard-Monestersky, Ashley Yow and her husband Josh Yow; nieces Abrey Chester, Bella Walters, Zyla Walters and Sophia Palmer; nephews, Logan Yow, Roy Six, Zander Six, Jordan Wandell, Waylon Palmer and Leo Palmer; grandparents Gail Miracle and Bud Miracle.
Billy tore apart anything with a motor to see how it worked and then would put it back together. He loved driving his riding mower to the gas station. He actually enjoyed cutting grass. He and his twin brother were entrepreneurs at an early age, as they ran their grass cutting and repair business. He would spend days playing monopoly with his siblings and aunts Mary and Donna (that are only a few years older than him). He loved being a twin. Most referred to them as one person "BillyBob" Every opportunity to be a dad to his twins' daughter filled him with joy. He was fascinated with money. He spent hours searching through coins looking for that million-dollar penny and loved coming across star notes. All while eating freezer pops. He adored his grandma and would always sign cards as #1 grandson Billy. Just like his grandma, he loved the color purple his whole life. He said he didn't care if people thought purple was a girly color, he was going to wear it!
Family and friends can gather at Carpenter & Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant Street, on Monday September 29, 2025, from 11:00 am until the time of the service at 1:00 pm.
