William Colburn Obituary
He was born on September 20, 1961 in Cleveland, Ohio to William Clarence Colburn and Barbara Conner Colburn.
Billy served four years in the U.S. Air Force. He was a master welder and fabricator for over 30 years at the Paul Mueller Company. One friend said he was the best welder he had ever seen.
Billy met Mary Elizabeth in high school and fell in love. After each had married others, they reunited and were married in 2014. He enjoyed guns and hunting, fixing old cars, and watching horror movies and Sci-Fi.
He is survived by his wife Beth, his children Hannah and Chris, step-sons James and Devon, his Father Bill, Step-Mom Diane, three brothers, six sisters, in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Billy was a good man who strove to live a good life. He loved his God, his Family and his Country. He will be sorely missed but always in our hearts.
Graveside services, with full military honors, will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, May 9, 2025 at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, under the direction of J.D. Lee and Sons Funeral Home, Rogersville.
No visitation is planned.
