William Cothron Obituary
Mr. Cothron retired from GM as a Auto Worker, he was of the Baptist faith and he was a member of UAW Union 909 in Warren, MI.
He is survived by three sons, Edward Lynn Cothron, Thomas Allen (Candace) Cothron, David Charles (Renee) Cothron; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Joann (Morgan) Cothron; parents, Warner Guy Cothron and Emma A. Campbell; three sisters, Emma Lou (Cothron) Calender, Mary Ellen (Cothron) Jones, Wilma Ruth (Cothron) Joiner; two brothers, James Dale Cothron, Warner Guy Cothron, Jr.
Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 8, 2025 at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah with Todd Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow at Cothron Cemetery in Smithland, KY.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday, August 8, 2025 at the funeral home.
