William Michael Craig October 1, 1985 - January 16, 2025

"Mikey" to all his family and friends.

Mikey lived a very full life despite his early passing .His early childhood education through 2nd grade at St. Francis Xavier, and Jean Gordon for his 3rd grade. Mikey was tested and found gifted which placed him in gifted programming for his remaining education in St. Tammany Parish. Gifted in mind and body. 

He loved sports and played every one of them! Most Summer, Fall, and Spring were spent traveling with his CRD and Mariner baseball teams. Mikey played baseball for Covington High for 4 years, #7. His backyard was the meeting place for his neighborhood pals. Bayou Flowers, Tchefuncte River, Boguechitta, Lake Pontchartrain, and the wide open hills and fields of his Covington countryside were his love and playground. Fishing, boating, bonfires, and friends gathering were just a few of his favorite things.

 After his 2004 Covington High School graduation, Mikey attended BRCC and SLU. His career in oil and gas pipeline took him to Mont Belvieu, TX, where his 3 beautiful children were born. He returned to Covington until 2022, then to his current residence in Pass Christian, MS. He was a member of the Rotary and Pass Christian Yacht Club.

 A devoted father, he is survived by 3 children, Adrienne, 10, Nathan, 8, and Liam, 6. His 3 sisters, Jessica, Victoria, and Hannah. His parents, Mike and Ellie. And his 11 nieces and nephews. Mikey passed away peacefully on January 16, 2025. His passing could only be described as sacred and holy. 

Arrangements for his services will be at the St. Joseph's Abbey, 75376 River Road, Covington, LA, 70457.Visitation 1:00 p.m. followed be Mass at  2:00 p.m. Burial Following in the St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery.
