William Carl Curtis III

Rock Hill, SC - Mr. William Curtis, 64, of Rock Hill passed Thursday, January 4, 2024, at Piedmont Medical Center.
He was a devoted family man who loved God. He thoroughly enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a nurturing mentor to his children and grandchildren.
He was the son of the late Mr. Bill Curtis and Orma Jean Latham of Chester and the husband. of Donna B. Curtis of Rock Hill. He is also survived by a sister, Tyanne Odom (Ricky) of Chester; brother, Kent Curtis (Sam) of Lando; sons, Derrick Curtis (Megin) and Ronnie Beck (Jessica); grandchildren, Blake Beck (Taylor), Haylee Scott, and Collin Beck; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by two brothers, Kelly Curtis and John A. Downs.
The visitation and funeral for Mr. Curtis will be at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Catawba Ward), 1989 Reservation Rd., Rock Hill, SC 29730 on Monday, January 8,2024. The visitation will be from 1:00p.m. until 2:00p.m. followed by the funeral conducted by Bishop Matt Burris. We will conclude with a graveside ceremony.
