William Dambach
Mr. William Dambach passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. He was eighty-six years old.
Mr. Dambach was born in Perth Amboy and raised in the Keasbey section of Woodbridge. He graduated from Woodbridge High School where he was a wrestler. Mr. Dambach continued his education at Monmouth University where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
He lived for many years in North Brunswick. He was employed locally as an accountant for Nisonoff and Quadraell then later in life he worked for himself in private practice.
Mr. Dambach moved to East Brunswick about twenty years ago and was still residing there.
He volunteered his time as a Weblos Leader, a Cubmaster and Scout Master Order of the Arrow with the Boy Scouts of America. He was also a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Peace Church in North Brunswick. He was a former member of the church Board of Trustees and volunteered as an usher. He served as a past president of NJ Association of Public Accountants, President of the North Brunswick Library Board of Trustees, President of Libraries of Middlesex County and Trustee of Middlesex County Fair Association.
He was pre deceased by his parents, William and Anna Dambach. He is also pre deceased by his sister Virginia Dambach.
Mr. Dambach is survived by his son Richard Dambach and his wife Hilary and his longtime companion Kathryn Treese. He is also survived by his granddaughter Marisa Dambach.
A memorial service will be held on January 4, 2026, from 2-4 PM with a service beginning at 3:30 at the Gleason Funeral Home of North Brunswick 555 Georges Road in North Brunswick.
