William L. “Bill” Drugan, a long-time resident of Chester County, and a cherished member of our community, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2025, at the age of 73.
Born in Massachusetts, he was the son of the late William and Helen (née Sobol) Drugan.
William dedicated many years of his professional life as an Administrator in the Insurance Industry, demonstrating commitment and integrity throughout his career.
William had a special fondness for cats, with a particular affection for his prized feline companion, Blue. The bond they shared reflected his compassionate nature and love for animals. An avid sports enthusiast, he also passionately supported the Philadelphia Eagles, reveling in the camaraderie and excitement that sports brought into his life.
William L. “Bill” Drugan leaves behind a legacy of integrity, commitment, and love for life. He will be fondly remembered by those who had the privilege to know him.
Services and interment for Bill will be held privately.
