William "Dwayne" Edge, 62, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, passed away surrounded by his family on April 3, 2025, at Cape Fear Valley Hospital from complications of a heart attack.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 43 years, Tammy Seals Edge; his mother, Margaret Strickland Edge; his brother, Shawn Edge; and two sisters, Tammy Lee and husband Steve of Fayetteville and Brittany Edge of Parkton; his sister-in-law Susan Chesser of Lakeland, Florida and her “Bow Patrol”, Dwayne’s 3 nieces; and an honorary grandson, Nicholas Grooms.
Dwayne was preceded in death by his father, William David Edge; his sister, Renee Edge Cruz; and his son, Christopher Dwayne Edge.
Services at Pinecrest Funeral Home located at 4721 Dunrobin Drive Hope Mills, NC 28348.
Visitation Thursday, April 10th 5-7pm and services Friday, April 11th 2pm.
