William was born on December 4, 1959 and passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2017. William was a resident of Asheville, North Carolina at the time of his passing. He attended the University of Tennessee and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Mars Hill College in 1985. He was married to Sharon McKinney Fowler. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 15, 2017, at Morris Funeral Home, 304 Merrimon Avenue with The Rev. Dr. R.
