William Fulmer Obituary
He was born on July 18, 1936 to William and Mary (Miller) Fulmer in Turtle Creek, PA.
Bill had been employed as a truck driver for Sharp's Paving and Boyer Logging. He enjoyed farming and hauling the Amish.
Surviving are his daughters, Pamela Boyer and husband, Arthur, of Rural Valley, Stacey Fulmer and companion, Mark Spence, of Indiana, and Lesa Kepple and husband, Ron, of Elderton; grandsons, Josh and Jake Ingram, Tyler Fulmer, and Anden Lavely; and three great-grandsons.
He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Judith Ann (Meyer) Fulmer; second wife, Ruth L. (Wingard) Fulmer; and a brother, David Fulmer.
Visitation will be held Monday, December 8, 2025, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc. 724 W. Main St. Rural Valley, PA. An additional hour of visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am with funeral services to immediately follow from the funeral home with Rev. Sharon Waltenbaugh, officiating.
Burial will take place in the Harkleroad Cemetery.
