William (Bill) Gildersleeve October 15, 1964 - February 4, 2025
With deep sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Bill Gildersleeve on February 4, 2025, at the age of 60.
Born on October 15, 1964, to the late William and Amelia Gildersleeve, Bill was a loving husband to Linda, a devoted father to Billy, Samantha, Andie, and James, and a cherished older brother to Debbie, Pam, George, and Mike.
A skilled contractor, Bill dedicated his life to his craft. He had a passion for the outdoors, enjoying fishing, camping, and the tranquility of nature. Bill also loved music and spent many joyful hours playing his guitar. Above all, he treasured time with his family and friends, always putting them first.
Bill's warm spirit, love for life, and dedication to his loved ones will be greatly missed. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Due to limited parking and privacy concerns for the Campbell St. community, a shuttle service will be available every 10 minutes for pick-up and drop-off from 2 PM to 9 PM on February 10, 2025.
Please park at the Barnum Ave. Parking Lot, Port Jefferson Village, NY 11777 (209 Barnum Ave, Port Jefferson, NY 11777). This is a Free Parking Lot
Unless absolutely necessary due to a handicap condition, please do not drive to 112 Campbell Street, Port Jefferson, NY 11777. We encourage you to use the free parking and shuttle service. Alternatively, you may park in Port Jeff Village and walk to Campbell St. (Please note, the house is located on a steep hill).
