William E. Gipple, Jr.

William Edward Gipple, Jr., age 62, of Bryan, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2023, in his home after a brief illness.  Mr. Gipple was 1979 graduate of Montpelier High School and throughout the years he worked as mechanic and was an excellent carpenter.  He would live in various homes and would restore them for the landlord before moving on to the next one.  He enjoyed working on cars, playing cards and sitting around a campfire.

William Edward Gipple, Jr, was born on April 25, 1961, in Montpelier, Ohio, the son of William Edward and Eileen “Sue” (Bechtol) Gipple.

He is survived by his mother, Sue Gipple, of Montpelier; three sons, William Edward Gipple III, of Bryan, Danial Gipple, of Montpelier, and Travis O’Donnely, of Edon, Ohio; two daughters, Rita Gipple, of West Unity, Ohio, and Heather Gipple, of Montpelier; ten grandchildren; one brother, Jeffrey Gipple, of Williams Center, Ohio; and two sisters, Tammy (Steve) DiPasquale, of Angola, Indiana, and Bonny (Troy) Fielding, of Auburn, Indiana.  He was preceded in death by his father, William Edward Gipple.

In keeping with the wishes of the family there will be no visitation of services at this time.
