William Glemser Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Memorial Park Funeral Home & Cemetery on Dec. 24, 2025.
It is with extreme sadness that we announce that William "Cole" Glemser passed away unexpectedly on December 18, 2025. He was a bright spark in this world and will be missed by many.

Cole was born on August 11, 1997, in Memphis, TN, to Jennifer (Glemser) West and William Charles Glemser. He graduated from Arlington High School in 2015, where he made many lifelong friends. He never knew a stranger and would always make you feel welcome. He would do anything for a laugh and could make you laugh even if you were mad at him. He had such a huge heart and would give you anything he had. He loved fiercely and deeply, and we take comfort in knowing that he is wrapped in the arms of the Lord.

From the time he was a toddler, he was all in. His earliest passion was Spider-Man. If he wasn't walking around dressed as a tiny Spidy, he was Spidy in disguise with his costume under his clothes. Not long after that, it was baseball. Obsessed is an understatement. Next came skateboarding and golf, all loved with equal passion. From a young age, he fell in love with music, all kinds of music, and was even teaching himself to play the guitar. His favorite job was as a stage hand, traveling around the country as a stage hand at music festivals. Cole had big plans for his future, and there is no question that he could achieve anything he set his mind to.

Cole is survived by his mother, Jennifer West, his maternal grandmother, Donna Kennon (Mimi), half-siblings Shawn Glemser, Chad Glemser, Courtney Davis, and Chestin Harden, nephews Tripp Glemser and Jax Glemser, nieces Eden and Ivory Davis, aunts Dianna Mowry, Deborah Caines, Kathryn Reposa, Tina Baldwin, uncles Darren Cook and Eric Glemser, and countless cousins.

Cole was predeceased by his father, William Charles Glemser, his maternal grandfather Kerry Cook, and his paternal grandparents William and June Glemser.

Cole was a beautiful person, inside and out. His smile could light up a room. His laugh was contagious. He cared so deeply for the people around him. He made an impact on so many lives. He will be forever missed.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee 38119 (901) 767-8930.
