Steve was preceded in death by his parents, William and Alberta Gosnell; son, William Scott Gosnell; and brother, Jimmy Gosnell.
He is survived by his wife, Wilma Foster Gosnell; daughter, Jamie (Josh) Ramsey; brother, Glen (Audrey) Gosnell; sisters-in-law, Shirley (Tommy) Greenlee and Kathy Mitchell; grandchildren, Macy Jo Gosnell, Jacob Ramsey and Legend Derry; and several special nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Bridges Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 PM, with Rev. Derrick Mitchell and Rev. Jason Kirkland officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 AM on Friday at Bridges Funeral Home to go in procession to Clear Springs Baptist Church Cemetery for an 11:00 AM Graveside Service.
Pallbearers: Ritchie Mitchell, Luke Black, Josh Ramsey, Noah Mitchell, Jacob Ramsey and RC Mithcell. Honorary Pallbearers: Devin Mitchell and Charles Turner.
