Charles was preceded in death by his parents, George and Zada Hutchins and brother, Bob Hutchins.
He is survived by his wife, Polly Ann Hutchins; sons, Chris (Julie) Hutchins and Jason Monday; daughters, Connie (Danny) Roberts and Cindy (Tommy) Brumitte; sister; Louise Waggoner; brothers; Glen Hutchins and Jerry Hutchins; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Bridges Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 PM, with Pastor Chris Hutchins officiating. Immediately following the service, family and friends will go in procession to Asbury Cemetery for a 3:30 PM Graveside Service.
