William Hart Graffam

William "Bill" Graffam of Danvers, formerly of Middleton and Beverly, entered Eternal Rest on September 24, 2025 at the age of 92. Beloved husband of Roberta (Brusket) Graffam. Devoted father of Benjamin and Bella Graffam, Wendy Plunkett, Michelle Goldstein, and Amy Eisen. Devoted step-father to Barry and Susan Lit. Dear brother of the late Judy Nokes and the late Norman Graffam. Loving grandfather of Lucy Graffam, Calvin Plunkett, Rachel Lit, Isaac Lit, Cory Goldstein, Heather Eisen, and Andrew Eisen.

Above all, Bill loved his family. He was married for 61 years to the love of his life-always calling her his "beautiful Roberta." His granddaughter, Lucy, was the light of his life. A true original, Bill was one of the early counter-culture rebels and beatniks. He was a self-taught artist-sculptor, painter, and poet. He loved to read, to learn, and could beat anyone at Scrabble. He was truly one-of-a-kind and will be missed by many.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 29 at Temple B'nai Abraham, 200 E. Lothrop Street, Beverly. Interment at Sons of Abraham Cemetery, Beverly. Condolence calls following services from 1-3 & 6-8 PM with minyan at 7 PM at River Run Clubhouse, 128 Abington Road, Danvers. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be donated to Temple B'nai Abraham.
