William H. "Bill" Harris passed away peacefully on Friday, February 20, 2026 at his daughter's home, surrounded by his loving family. He was 85 years old. Born in Hornersville, Missouri, son of the late Harold and Wilma Harris, he was a Bristol resident for most of his life. Bill was employed as an Oil Truck Driver for many years, most recently at CBM / Bristol Fuel prior to his retirement. Bill was an outstanding baseball player, and was proud to have been drafted into the "Big Leagues". He enjoyed spending time with his family at the Atlantic City casinos and the racetrack.
Bill will be sadly missed by his daughters, Billie Jo Grady and her husband, Bill, and Lori McDermott and her husband, Jack; four grandchildren, Devon, Haley, Charlie, and Brianna; six great-grandchildren; and his sister, Nancy Palmer.
Funeral Services will be held privately under the direction of the Wade Funeral Home, Bristol Borough.
