William Heeter Obituary
Bill was a 1960 graduate of Spencer High School and a veteran. He worked in the oil and gas industry as part owner of W.L. Heeter & Son and later for Heeter Construction.
In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by one brother, PFC James R. Heeter.
Survivors include his wife, Connie Heeter; sons, Adam (Tracy) Mace and Corey (Amy) Mace; grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Alex, Dalton, Bradley, Eli, and Emma Mace; great-granddaughter, Violet Mace; one brother David P. (Peggy) Heeter and two sisters Caroline (Marvin) Miller and Martha (Don) Britton.
He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews and twelve great nieces and nephews.
A remembrance service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at the end of the mausoleum at the Spencer Memorial Cemetery in Spencer. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the 4-H Foundation, 513 Charleston Road, Spencer, WV 25276. Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer is in charge of the arrangements.
