Bill is survived by Mother, Pamela Nelson and Husband Stephen Nelson of Sidney, NE; Sister, Kimberly Nelson of Sidney, NE; Aunts, Karen Arnold and Husband David of Meeker, CO and Debbie Binegar and husband Rod of Sutherland, NE; Cousins, Ben Arnold and wife Cyndi of Meeker, CO and Danny Arnold and wife Amanda of Craig, CO.
He is also survived by Father, Bruce Helzer; Sister, Dawn Helzer and husband Randy Manlick; Nephew, Ben Manlick; Aunt Betty Helzer; Uncle Glen Helzer and wife Linda; Cousins, Stacey Evans (Fishell), Melanie Blanchard (Fishell), and Jason Helzer.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 18th, 11:00 a.m., at First Congregational Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Northern Colorado Friends of Ferals. www.nocoferals.org.
