Obituary published on Legacy.com by Inglesby & Sons Funeral Home - Pennsauken on Jul. 26, 2025.
William C. Henry Sr., a beacon of love and family devotion, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2025, at the age of 83 in Voorhees, NJ. Born on April 7, 1942, in Camden, NJ, William's life was a testament to the enduring power of love and the bonds of family.

William was predeceased by his beloved wife, Diana, who shared the joys and sorrows of life with him. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Raymond and Robert Henry, his sisters, Karen Piccinini, and Barbara Marino. Despite these profound losses, William's legacy of love continued to flourish through his surviving family.

He leaves behind a family that adored him: his son, William Henry Jr., daughter Dawn Henry, and sons, Michael Henry (Kristen), and David Henry (Laura); grandchildren, William Henry III (Merideth), Stephen Henry (Paige), Brian Henry (Kelly), Ashley Boenisch (Alex), Elizabeth Henry, Jacob Henry, Nicholas Henry (Joanie), and Megan Henry. William was also a doting great-grandfather to Charlee Henry, Jaxon Henry, Ames Boenisch, Oliver Boenisch, Webb Henry, and Everett Henry. His sister, Jeanie Bitler (Marshall), and brother, Ronald Henry (Debbie), and brother-in-law Thomas Piccinini will hold dear the memories of their brother's unwavering support and kindness.

William's life was a beautiful illustration of what it means to be loving. His gentle demeanor, warm smile, and generous spirit were the hallmarks of his character. He was a man who cherished every moment with his family, whether it was a quiet evening at home or a grand family gathering. His wisdom, humor, and compassion were the glue that held his family together, and his influence will be felt for generations to come.

In his professional life, William was respected for his work ethic and integrity. He retired after a long and successful career, but his true passion was always his family.

As we say goodbye to William C. Henry, we celebrate a life well-lived, a life filled with love and laughter, a life that touched so many others in profound ways. His memory will live in the hearts of those who loved him, and his legacy will continue to inspire us all to live with kindness, generosity, and love. His was a life that exemplified love in action, and he will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to have known him.
