William Thomas (Tom) Hildinger, age 80, of Humboldt, Kansas, passed away November 16, 2025, at Diversicare of Chanute, Chanute, Kansas. Tom was born August 8, 1945, in Alva, Oklahoma, to George Hildinger and Wilma Jean (Fullerton) Hildinger.
Tom attended school in Oklahoma and graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a pharmacy degree.
Tom was married to Lucille and they had two children, Brian and Amy. They later divorced. Tom and Sandra K. Mintz-Daniels were married on August 19, 1995, in Humboldt, Kansas.
Tom worked as a pharmacist in Oklahoma and Kansas, retiring in 2023.
Tom enjoyed playing pool. He loved movies and liked to collect movies. Tom was known for his dry sense of humor.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Cooper Compton; and two step-grandchildren, Tiffany Daniels, Levi Daniels.
Tom is survived by his wife, Sandy; children, Brian (Sheri) Hildinger, Amy (Kyle) Compton; step-children, Daniel Daniels, Jerry (Dena) Daniels, James Daniels, Dustin (Stephanie) Daniels; 4 grandchildren; 11 step-grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Cremation will take place and no services are planned at this time.
Memorials are suggested to The Parkinson's Foundation, and may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, 1883 US Highway 54, Iola, Kansas 66749
