William “Johnny” Johnston Jr. of Ashland City, TN passed away August 17,2024 at the age of 81.
Johnny is preceded in death by his parents, William “Johnny” Johnston and Karleen Green, and his son, William “Trey” Johnston III.
Johnny is survived by his wife of forty years, June Johnston; siblings, Kenneth Johnston, and Dale (Barbara) Johnston; grandchildren, William (Ivy) Johnston IV; and great-grandchildren, Willie, Waylon, and Freyja Johnston.
A visitation will be held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home on Thursday, August 22, 2024, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm, and on Friday, August 23, from 9:00am until the hour of service. The funeral service will begin at 10:00am in the chapel with burial to follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to SE German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue, Pointer Rescue Organization, or your favorite dog rescue.
