Obituary of William D. Jordan Sr.

William D. Jordan Sr., age 89 of Woodbury Heights, passed away suddenly on March 7, 2026 at Inspira Medical Center in Mullica Hill, NJ. He was born on March 2, 1937 in Camden, NJ to the late George F. and Florence (nee Thompson) Jordan.

Beloved husband of the late Lorraine (nee LaLena); Devoted father of Terry L. Marques (Frank) and the late William Jordan Jr. (Jutta) and the late Daniel Jordan (Elaine) and stepfather to Steven, Jeffrey and the late David Paglione; Loving grandfather of Francis, Robert, Jonathon and Lori Ann Marques, Leah, William III and Kaitlyn Jordan and Kayla Reitzes; Cherished great grandfather of 9; Dear brother of the late George Jr., Ronald, Joseph, Edward and Louise Jordan.

Prior to his retirement, Mr. Jordan worked as a maintenance mechanic and foreman at Camden Iron and Metal. He was a proud United States Navy Veteran, serving from 1955 to 1960. He loved music and was a skilled guitar player in his earlier years. Bill also enjoyed playing pool and watching Philadelphia Eagles football.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation on Thursday from 9:30 to 11 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM.
