William Karasek
William Karasek, 42, of East Bernard, Tx passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024. He was born on January 25, 1982, in Wharton, Texas to Wilburn and Shirley Pavlicek Karasek.
William was raised in East Bernard and graduated from East Bernard High School. He worked as a machinist for many years. William enjoyed fishing and woodworking and loved his time spent with friends and family. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Willie and Marcella Karasek and Anton and Christine Pavlicek.
William is survived by his parents, Wilburn and Shirley Karasek, sisters, Christie Meyer and husband, Shawn of Wharton and Kelly Halcom and husband, David of Glen Rose, nephews, Cody, Westen, Naytin and Ty and niece, Kyla.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church in East Bernard, rosary at 9:30 A.M. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Holy Cross, burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery in East Bernard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Holy Cross Catholic Church in East Bernard.
Funeral services are under the direct supervision of Wharton Funeral Home. Condolences may be left at whartonfuneralhome.com
