William J. Kelley, 87, of Cleveland, Ohio, went to be with his Lord on October 8, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Born on April 2, 1938, in Martha, Kentucky, William was the cherished son of Felix and Ivy (nee Mason) Kelley, who preceded him in death. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Shirley (nee Coburn) Kelley, with whom he shared 55 wonderful years of marriage.

A man of God and of very deep faith, William enjoyed his music and sharing his passion by playing the guitar in church for many years. Also expressing the Word of God through his gospel group, The Southern Quartet. His creativity extended beyond music; he took great pleasure in drawing and found joy in woodworking and woodcarving, always working with his hands to create something beautiful.

William dedicated 49 years of his career to the Chevy Motor Company as a Tow Motor operator, where he became known for his strong work ethic.

He nurtured a loving family, including children Ted, Jesse, Wanda, Virginia, Cindy and Victoria; ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren; siblings Reda (dec.), Roba (dec.), Hester, Ruby (dec.), Ruth, Lucy, David, Donnie, Mary (dec.), and Lonnie; and many nieces and nephews.

William's legacy of love, faith, and creativity will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered.
