William Charles "Bill" Leppert, 92, of Millersburg, passed away on Monday, September 15, 2025, at Country Meadows in Mechanicsburg. Born on August 3, 1933, in Bloomsburg, PA, he was the son of the late Ronald Luther Leppert and Anna Mae (Yoder) Leppert. Bill was the loving husband of Carletta (Stahl) Leppert, with whom he shared 72 years of marriage-a lifetime of love, devotion, and partnership.

A graduate of Northumberland High School, Bill went on to proudly serve his country in the U.S. Navy from 1952–1956. He enjoyed sport shooting with his neighbor, had a lifelong love of history, and was an avid train enthusiast.
