William LIESFELD Obituary

LIESFELD, William Carey, age 52, of Hylas, passed away October 6, 2009. He was born October 17, 1956 in Henrico to the late Charles P. and Elnora B. Liesfeld. He is survived by a sister, Mary Jane Taylor (Barry) of Stuart; three brothers, Charles P. Liesfeld Jr. (Lynn) of Midlothian, Lawrence H. Liesfeld (Robin) of Manakin-Sabot and R. Michael Liesfeld of Glen Allen; and many other loving family members. Carey was an owner of the C.P. Liesfeld Construction Company, where he worked as a builder and developer in the Richmond area. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, October 9, at Bliley's-Central, 3801 Augusta Avenue, where a Christian Wake will be held at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, October 10, at St. Bridget Catholic Church. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Massey Cancer Center, P.O. Box 980214, Richmond, Va. 23298, or Little Sisters of the Poor, 1503 Michaels Rd., Richmond, Va. 23229.
