William McClam Obituary
William Lee McClam passed away peacefully on November 22nd at the Duke Hock Hospice Facility. He was born on May 21, 1945, in Florence County South Carolina to Harry Moore and Queenie Esther McClam McFadden. He was a proud resident of Winston Salem, N.C. He attended Latimer High School in Latta, S.C.
He was a diligent worker at whatever occupation he did, mostly janitorial. He never met a stranger. He enjoyed fellowshipping with family and friends. He never married and had no children.
He's preceded in death by his parents, sister Merenda McClary, Grandparents Son and Annie Ruth Singletary, brother's Jerome and Thomas McFadden.
He's survived by two brothers, Herbert McFadden, Effingham, SC and Nathaniel (Sherry) McFadden, Roughmont, NC, four sisters Zula Brown (Rick) Durham, NC, Laura McFadden, Durham, NC, Sylvia Thomas, Atlanta, GA, Schmore Brewer Singletary (Robert), Winston Salem, NC, one aunt Marylou Gamble, Lake City, SC, Lucy Major, NJ, Lena Wright, NJ, Uncles David Singletary (Gracie) Lake City, SC, Bobby Singletary, Lake City, SC, Leroy Singletary,(Sue Ann) NJ, Willie Junior Singletary, Lake City, SC, Special the friend Cassandra Jackson, Winston Salem, NC, a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
