William James "Bill" McClelland

William "Bill" James McClelland, 74, of Okeechobee Florida passed in peace March 16, 2023.
Born to Mother Ruth P McClelland, Bill learned early in life a love for everything mechanical.
His hobbies included working on motorcycles, telling tall tales, and chief above all helping others. He spent most of his time either trying to assemble engines from paper clips and bubblegum or making friends from strangers. His laughter was infectious and his easy going nature could change an entire room, simply upon entering.
He is survived by his sisters, Janet Church, Jonni McClelland, and Patricia Dodson; as well as his son, Cody Cummings, and his daughter, Melissa Burns. He is also survived by two grandsons, Wally Cummings and David Burns.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Arthur Webb; son, David McClelland; wife, Julie Cummings; mother, Ruth P. McClelland; and father, Jacob McClelland.
His celebration of life will be held at Highpoint Church in Okeechobee, FL at 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 31, 2023.
