William Ray McCullough
Pearl, MS
William Rayford “Ray” McCullough, 77, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS. Services are 1pm Saturday, November 30, 2019, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon with visitation starting at 11am prior. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl, MS.
Ray was born in Bentonia, MS on February 27, 1942. He was a pipeliner for 50 years and a member of the Mississippi Street Rod Association.
Ray was a loving husband of 54 years, a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather and will be missed by his family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Carol D. McCullough; children, Kerry M. Walsh (Dean) of Pearl, MS, Christopher R. McCullough (Kara) of Denham Springs, LA and Leisa M. Hinton (Don) of Petal, MS; siblings, Wayne McCullough of Pearl MS, Paula Stuart of Phoenix, AZ , Doug McCullough of New York, NY and Cecil Harris of Brandon, MS; 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, William Purvis McCullough and step mother, Mae Bennett; son, Tommy McCullough; sister, Jeanette Hughes and his loyal companion pet Doogie.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
