William McDaniel Obituary
William was a quiet and reserved man, known for his loyalty, trustworthiness, and being true to his word. He spent many years working at Bud's Saw Shop and Frazier Tractor, and enjoyed hobbies such as hunting and target practice.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his niece, Diana Slaten.
William is survived by his sisters, Betty Slaten of Foreman, AR; and Peggy Jones and husband Wayne of Durant, OK, He is also survived by nieces Jessica Slaten, Lisa Slaten, Rose Whisenhunt, Susan Bates, and Amy Morgan; nephews Steven Moorman, Greg Moorman, Dwayne Slaten, and Todd Slaten; along with numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family, and friends.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Clardy Funeral Service Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the same location. Interment will follow at Bokhoma Cemetery in the Bokhoma Community with military honors.
