William was born on February 8, 1929 and passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016. William was a resident of Wintersville, Ohio at the time of his passing. He was married to Ruth. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home 215 Fernwood Rd. Wintersville OH on Wednesday from 4-7p.m. Friends may also call on Thursday May 12 2016 from 10a.m until time of services at 11a.m. at Bell Chapel United Methodist Church Steubenville with Rev. Jeff Proya officiating. Burial at Center Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: Bell Chapel United Methodist Church 3419 State Route 213 Steubenville OH 43952 or Four Season Ministries 129 School Street Steubenville OH 43952.
