William L. Melvin, 53, also known as "Stack", was a lifelong resident of Trenton, NJ. He departed this life on Sunday, May 25, 2025 at Capital Health Regional Medical Center.
He was born on January 28, 1972 to Alberta Melvin-Bush and the late William Henry "Jim" Bush.
William attended Trenton Public Schools and enjoyed fishing and hanging out with his friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Henry "Jim" Bush; grandfathers, Bellmount Melvin and William Henry Bush, Sr.; grandmothers, Frances Melvin and Anna Mae Bush and uncles, Bragg and Frankie Melvin.
William is survived by his loving mother, Alberta Melvin-Bush; three children, Mariah Moore, William L. Melvin Jr., and Aamir Jones; three half-brothers, Jamal, Duane, Corey Laramore; four grandchildren, Mekhi Moore, Evan Cook, Sabella Clavel, and Allianni Melvin; two uncles, Wendell Melvin (Patricia) and Abdush Nasir; three aunts, Swendell Anderson (Andrew), Patricia Bush-Singletary and Linda Bush-Daniels; two special great aunts, Hattie Covington and Everllene Robinson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
