William Miles

William Ernest Miles of Kingston Springs, TN, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at the age of 54. He was born on March 31, 1968, to William Joseph Miles and Carole Scholze Miles. He enjoyed fishing, playing guitar, grilling for friends and family, and spending time with his grandchildren. He coached many little league sports in the South Cheatham community throughout the years and served his community in many different ways. William was able to give the gift of life through organ and tissue donation upon his death.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Joseph Miles and Carole Scholze Miles. He leaves behind his wife of 35 years, Shelly Miles of Kingston Springs, Tennessee; son, Joseph Lee Miles (Sallie) of Franklin, Tennessee; daughter, Anna Elizabeth Miles Sanders (Tyler) of Franklin, Tennessee; his three grandchildren, Hallie James Miles, Austin Amory Miles, and Augustus Van Sanders; sister, Mary Miles Kennedy (Mike) of Alvaton, Kentucky; sister, Terri Miles Howington (Tim) of Rogers, Arkansas; and brother, Retford James Miles of Rogers, Arkansas.
Visitation for William will be Sunday, March 26,2023 from 10am-1pm. A celebration of life will follow at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Tennessee Donor Services in William's honor.
