William B. Miller, 89, of Wampum, PA, passed away on February 23, 2026, at the Brighton Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. He was born on April 6, 1936, in Rochester, PA, to the late Clarence and Ethel Miller.
William served his country in the United States Army and his community as a dedicated foreman for the New Brighton Borough for 46 years. After a long and steady career, he retired with the respect and gratitude of all who knew him. He will be remembered for his hard work, quiet strength, and faithful service.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary K. (Douds) Miller; one brother; and four sisters.
William is survived by his two nephews, Henry and Tom.
