After moving to Connecticut, he attended local schools. Buddy worked most recently for the City of Groton Municipality.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Buddy at noon Saturday, March 14, at St. Mary Church in the hall adjacent to the church, top of Fort Hill, Groton.
