William James Mohnacs

William James Mohnacs, age 85, of West Deptford, NJ passed away on Friday, May 17, 2024. Born in Philadelphia to the late John Mohnacs and Marie (nee Mahoney), he graduated from Southeast Catholic/Bishop Neumann High School Class of 1956. Bill earned his bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's University in 1960 and a few months later married the love of his life Loretta (nee Ennis) on June 18, 1960. He worked for General Foods, Buitoni, and retired from Joseph Riley Products where he was a sales manager. After retirement, he was a boat ramp ranger for the Delaware River in West Deptford. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed boating around the coast of NJ, and planned golf trips, family reunions, and several trips to Europe. Bill was also a member of the original Trilby String Band. He enjoyed spending time with family and loved attending all his grandchildren's celebrations and sporting events.
Bill is survived by his wife, Loretta Mohnacs; three sons, William Mohnacs & his wife, Gail of Marlton, NJ, Joseph Mohnacs & his wife, Gretchen of Mt. Laurel, NJ, and Patrick Mohnacs & his wife, Maggie of Marlton, NJ; grandchildren, Dana Magee & her husband, Jon, Daniel Mohnacs & his wife, Kaylen, Emily Mohnacs & her fiancé, Michael Barrale, Jake Mohnacs, Sam Mohnacs, Patrick Mohnacs, Olivia Stickney & her husband, Matt, and Brenden Mohnacs; and great granddaughter, Marley Blake Mohnacs. He was predeceased by his brother, John Mohnacs.
Family & friends may visit from 9:30 am to 10:45 am on Wednesday, May 22nd, at Church of the Incarnation, 240 Main Street, Mantua, NJ where a memorial Mass will be held at 11 am. Interment will be private.
