William "Larry" Morford

William 'Larry' Morford, age 85, of Wayne township, OH, died Thursday,November 7, 2024, at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren, OH.
He was born May 2,1939, in Wayne township,OH, the son of Floyd F. and Florence A. (Taylor) Morford. He was a 1957 graduate of Williamsfield High School.
Larry was a lifetime Wayne township resident and had been employed at Cleveland Brass for 10 years. He then began his many years of employment at Andover Pattern in Andover before retiring in 2003. Larry enjoyed golfing, bowling, and playing softball.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Stella A. (Brininger) Morford, whom he married Feb. 17, 1957, of Wayne; his son, Dennis L. Morford of Rock Creek,OH; his daughter, Leitha G. (Janice) Morford of Cherry Valley township, OH; his son-in-law, Ray Corlew of Youngstown, OH; his 6 grandsons and 3 granddaughters; 5 great grandchildren; his brother, James M. Morford of Wayne township, OH; and sister, LeeAnn Burrows of Cortland, OH. He is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, S. Lynne Corlew on April 2, 2019; his son, Jeffrey F. Morford on Dec. 13, 2016; and his brother, Glenn T. Morford.
