William John "Bill" Mueller Jr

William "Bill" John Mueller Jr., 79, of Ooltewah, Tennessee passed away Thursday, November 6, 2025. Born in Chicago, Illinois, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve, he last served as Chief Financial Officer at Richmont Graduate University and was of the Catholic faith. Bill was an avid photographer in his retirement, having won several awards and has photographs featured at Erlanger East Hospital.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William John Mueller Sr and Bethel Una Jones Mueller. He is survived by his loving wife, Beate Herzmann Mueller; two daughters, Sabrina (Robert Dull) Mueller, and Kristin Mueller; brother, Thomas Mueller; two granddaughters, Olivia Dull and Korinna Dull; and two nieces, Elaina (Kelly) Mueller and Alaura (Billy Ward) Mueller.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations made in Bill's honor to the Humane Educational Society of Chattanooga Tributes & Gifts in Memory
