Bill was born April 12, 1955 in Chamblee, GA, the son of the late Paul Mann and the late Dorothy Adams Bellamy. He was a truck driver for 41 years for Woody Trucking and later Bankhead Enterprise. He was known as "Roundman" by his fellow drivers. He loved fishing and watching racing and Wrestling. He was a good provider for his family always making sure their needs were met. Bill could fix most anything when he set his mind to it. He had a hard life as a child and fought many demons over the years. Bill got saved and baptized and turned his life around and loved Jesus and his church family dearly. He was Loved beyond measure by his wife of 46 years and his daughter. Bill was a member of Full Gospel Tabernacle.
Bill is survived by his wife, Tammy Keller Mulligan of Villa Rica, daughter, Natasha Mulligan Garcia and son-in-law, Rufino Garcia both of Villa Rica.
In keeping with his wishes, he was cremated.
