William Edward (Bill) Pahle Sr., 73, of Ventura CA, passed suddenly on November 9th, 2022, in Ventura, CA. Bill was born in Ventura to Margaret Pahle and Leon H Pahle Sr. on March 14th, 1949. He went to high school at Buena and graduated in 1967. Growing up, Bill was an avid baseball player, Track and Field athlete in high school, and was an integral part of the 1960's surf community in Ventura County.
He went on to join the Local 12 Operating Engineers after high school as an apprentice, and quickly moved up the ranks to a Plant Operator, he retired from the union in 1986. He later went on to work in R&D as a fabricator for Borla Exhaust and exhaust fabrication for several other Ventura County hot rod shops.
Bill enjoyed fishing at the local islands, taking his cars and motorcycles out for a drive, camping in the local mountains, and taking the off-road toys out with his sons. He especially enjoyed his cars and motorcycles, having acquired many makes and models over the years. You could almost always find him in the garage tinkering on something if you drove by the house.
Bill is survived by his sons, William Jr. and Andrew, his brother Leon and wife Caroline, his nieces Elizabeth and Sydney, his nephew Ryan, and his best friend Curly the Shih Tzu. He is preceded in death by his parents, Margaret and Leon Sr, and his ex- wife, Teresa Pahle. Bill was a man of many talents who always loved to modify, fabricate, construct, or design his own ideas and put his mind and body to work daily, passing down his knowledge and ideology of hard work to his sons and leaving behind a legacy as an amazing father.
